Why did you join the AMA?
I was first introduced to the Cleveland AMA chapter through the market research conference the chapter hosts annually.  I was recruited as a speaker many years ago and was impressed by the team that put on the event.  I decided then that I wanted to be a part of the AMA for additional learning and networking opportunities. 

How do you engage with the AMA to get the most from your membership? Or favorite aspect of being a member of the AMA?
I have been a planning committee member for the annual Cleveland AMA Market Research Conference for over nine years.  I’ve not only expanded my local network but made wonderful friends being part of this team.   There are excellent speakers every year that help me to stay on top of the latest in market research.  Having a strong local network of other AMA members is fantastic

Are there any special work projects or initiatives you are working on or recently completed that you’d like to share with the AMA membership?
Working at Sherwin-Williams, we always have something interesting going on.  We are currently celebrating our 150th year in business and it’s a year full of celebration.  I was recently fortunate enough to be part of the team that supported the launch of Paint Shield™ Microbicidal Paint.  It’s the first EPA-registered paint that kills greater than 99.9% of Staph (Staphylococcus aureus), MRSA, E. coli, VRE, and Enterobacter aerogenes within two hours of exposure on a painted surface.

List three interesting facts about you:
I meditate every day.  It makes me a happier person.     
I was in a Sea World commercial as a kid.  
My husband would say it’s not very interesting but I’m obsessed with shoes.  I’ve done a lot of research on their history and have built a nice personal collection.
