Digital Marketing Manager


MarshBerry is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our Beachwood, OH office or other MarshBerry office location.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping shape and drive our marketing automation strategy and execute programs to increase lead generation. This person will utilize HubSpot’s automation software (including building landing pages, emails, newsletters etc.) and create segmented lists and workflows to integrate with existing CRM system. This person must be an expert in HubSpot best practices and have a proven track record in applying them to the execution of programs in collaboration with marketing peers and extended team members

Essential Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Day-to-Day, hands-on execution of marketing automation programs in support of marketing and sales objectives
  • Build and implement monthly, quarterly, and on-demand lead generation campaigns through emails, website landing pages, social platforms and other formats as required
  • Draft copy and content based on platform parameters and input into templates
  • Create campaigns in email, marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc,
  • Manage and publish campaign schedule to ensure cross-functional integration, sequencing, and appropriate cadence
  • Setup, maintenance, and reporting of integrated marketing program results

General Marketing

• Collaborate in organizing traditional, digital, and social media campaigns as well as experiential marketing to achieve corporate goals
• Identify new and novel ways to leverage existing systems and acquire enhanced tools to help MarshBerry reach the next level of marketing acumen
• Support brand strategy by following brand guidelines including proper use of logo, colors, imagery, content, and tone


  • Apply marketing automation best practices to support, define, and facilitate the data integration between HubSpot and CRM
  • Recommend and implement 3rd Party data, new sources of data and data hygiene solutions to ensure optimal data attributes are maintained and marketing reach is increased
  • Support routine tasks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data (merge/purge duplicate and/or undeliverable records, updating contact information, compliance of DNS preferences etc.)
  • Leverage knowledge of CRM database to run queries, create and format data requests and list selection reports based on marketing campaign criteria
  • Establish campaign analytics and overall channel reports, identify trends (monitor, record report deliverability, open rates, clicks, impressions, etc.) and recommendations for iterative improvements
  • Refine company DNS policy and procedures


  • Bachelor’s degree and Certified expert in HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or similar system
  • 5+ years hands on experience as a marketing automation platform architect, administrator and practitioner using HubSpot
  • Deep knowledge in various performance marketing and demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, display, Content Marketing, Website, Retargeting, Email)
  • Must have experience using HubSpot marketing, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and knowledge of related technologies
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing measurement and reporting
  • Excel power user comfortable manipulating large sets of data
  • Proficient in HTML
  • Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse
  • Demonstrated Collaborative Skills and ability to challenge when needed.
  • Strong work ethic and personal accountability
