As the Digital Marketing Product Manager, you are responsible for client strategic consulting and plan development, product and consulting services sales, and the project management of InfoGrow’s digital marketing and marketing automation product deliverables. Our solution includes software, data built upon the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM platform under a managed services approach.
The expected client services that you will directly deliver and/or manage are the development of strategic nurture marketing campaigns, execution, and results monitoring. Associated client services that may be needed for the client to achieve results may include such items as list development, target drips, copy development, segmentation, data cleaning, social media, reporting/dashboards and support for hosted or integrated applications of ClickDimensions or Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
As Product Manager, you are responsible to manage the client’s sales growth, showing the value we bring as their outsource partner. In addition, you will manage the relationships we have with our marketing automation, data and service consultants. Your objective these partner relationships full advantage of their training, and materials and leverage the relationship for own lead generation. We must also be attentive to protecting our prospects, customers and targeted markets from having these “partners” become a competitor.
To achieve client objectives the Product Manager will need to properly utilize all of our resources; marketing, sales, and technical services.
