Full Job Description

The primary objective of the Digital Strategist & Data Analyst to ensure that our clients are meeting their marketing goals. You will create and maintain client strategies and ensure that our clients are meeting their goals on a consistent basis. Experience with Hubspot encouraged (but not required). This role reports to the Director of Strategy.

Primary Roles:

For a designated client portfolio, a subset of our growing client list, you’ll be responsible for:

Client Strategy:

  • Strategy Development & Consultations
  • Regular Client Strategy Reviews & Check-Ins
  • Marketing & Website Scope & Project Definitions
  • Monthly Reporting & Results Analysis
  • Annual Strategy Renewals

Results Analysis:

  • You execute special reporting for our clients on an as-needed basis.
  • When hairy reporting issues pop-up, you’ll help the team get to the root cause of shifting results.

Ongoing Education:

  • Will regularly collaborate with the strategy team, seeking to educate yourself on industry trends, shifts and digital marketing tactics. We encourage you to “be curious” and embrace our value of “continuous improvement” so we can effectively compete in the ever-changing world of digital marketing.
  • As part of the strategy team, you’ll be expected to provide thought leadership on recommended digital strategies and best practices to use within the competitive landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
