The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator supports external teams through project support, program execution, collateral development, project support, sales programs, as well as via ad hoc requests.

  • Website SEO management
  • Google AdWords management
  • Email marketing management planning
  • RFQ/lead monitoring and tracking from websites to sales teams
  • Sales Force leads to opportunities
  • Marketing strategy and positioning planning and execution
  • Hub spot design and dashboard management
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, product positioning and other projects
  • Monthly reporting on marketing data to aid management in making decisions
  • Manage and track social media accounts
  • Provide product/service support
  • Support day-to-day operations including marketing campaigns and promotions
  • CRM management: Maintain databases of prospects, clients and vendor databases
  • Robust repertoire of sales approaches across various channels
  • Trade show and live event marketing and management
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team


  • Resourceful, self-starter
  • Experience working with agency/client partners
  • Graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) preferred
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • BA / BS / MBA Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent work experience
