The Volunteer Retention Coordinator is responsible for assisting the VP of Talent Management in developing a plan for volunteer recognition and retention and executing on that plan to drive retention efforts.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Co-manages chapter volunteer lists.
- Conducts yearly volunteer surveys.
- Assists VP of Talent Management with ongoing volunteer recognition events and activities.
- Communicates feedback from volunteer base with VP of Talent Management to understand if there are any opportunities for improvement.
