NONPROFIT SIG: Using Data & Technology to Engage Donors

October 18, 2018 @ 7:45 am - 9:00 am

Free – $10

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in Northeast Ohio, serving over 55 million meals in 2017 to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties. The Food Bank’s mission is to ensure that everyone in our community has the nutritious food they need every day, which is achieved through both food distribution with more than 940 partner programs and agencies, and SNAP outreach efforts. None of this can be accomplished without a reliable and healthy fundraising program. Lindsey Iero is the Director of Development at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, leading all fundraising efforts from individuals, foundations and corporations, as well as philanthropic operations, donor services and donor database management. Delivering YOY growth for a mature fundraising program requires a sophisticated marketing approach that’s technologically savvy and data-driven. Lindsey will share and explain how she uses data and technology to engage donors at all levels.
