The Membership Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for tracking when someone has recently become a member and contacting them by phone and email to both introduce and welcome them to the chapter and help them navigate their new membership.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Co-manages chapter membership data lists to understand when new members join the chapter.
  • Contacts new members by phone and email within 48 hours of them joining the chapter.
  • Leads new member orientation events to introduce new members to the chapter and chapter benefits.
  • Listens to issues that affect the perception of membership value and impact on becoming a member and relaying it
    back to the membership committee.
