The Membership Retention Coordinator is responsible for assisting the VP of Membership in developing a plan for member retention and executing on that plan to drive chapter retention efforts.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Co-manages chapter membership data lists.
  • Conducts yearly membership surveys to understand if current members see value in their investment.
  • Assists VP of Talent Management with ongoing volunteer communications finding opportunities to engage current members that are not volunteers.
  • Follows up with members soon to expire or lapse to understand whether they intend to renew or continue with their membership.
  • Communicates feedback from membership base with VP of Membership.
